making sense?

if you are interested in reflecting on the rational consistency of your thoughts (beliefs) about God, have a look at this test: It simply asks you questions and then compares your answers to other answers you gave earlier and checks for logical consistency...

i think it's helpful! The TEST

That was quite fun...

I nearly passed - but I don't really have a very logical faith. It is - I am afraid - quite irrational.

Isn't that the nature of faith?
God?
Stuff?

Fun test tho.

hmmm... i got through with a hit and a bite (and some award). I did make some rather 'un-omni' statements about God, and it was revealing to see what i thought/wished. The murderer ethic one got me. I go for major openness and freedom for most things. Murder (and, as it turns out, omnipotence for God) just ain't one of them. Haha. Thanks.

Oh, and to 'deconstruct' the test, I'd ask for more than just 'true/false' answer options. But if i could answer maybe for all of them, then there wouldn't be much point, or danger of incongruence.

the test is strongly biased toward rational/logical conherence. but hey! good to be challenged to speak "the other" language once in a while - especially if we want to have a shot at making some kind of positive contribution in the society in which we live....
